10 Day Guarantee - Our 'No Quibbles' Policy

Unlike most stores, we offer a “no quibble” 10 day money back guarantee on distance and reading glasses. If for any reason you are not happy with your glasses please return them for a refund. We do not refund any incurred postage costs. If you have had a home visit then we will refund all monies paid for the glasses less $55.

The glasses must be returned in “original” condition. Your glasses must have been made to a valid copy of your prescription. It must be less than 2 years old.

There is also a standard 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on frame and lenses. It covers against lens and frame faults, not damage due to wear and tear.
