Try B4 U Buy
1. You agree to allow us to charge your credit card for 50% of the “complete” frame and single vision price if you do not return the try B4 U buy frames within 7 days. We will promptly refund the monies if and when the frames are returned in “original” condition. To date we have never had to charge our customer’s credit card for non return.
GENERAL
1. No binding contract exists until we have accepted your order. Once the lenses have been ordered by us it cannot be cancelled.
2. In some extreme cases where the prescription is out of our supplier’s range we will advise you that we will be unable to accept the order.
3. All products and services are sold subject to availability.
4. All glasses are sold on the condition that they will not be resold to the public.
5. You agree to inform your health fund if you purchase glasses from us, claim a health fund rebate and then return the glasses for a refund.
6. All prescriptions provided to us must be written by a registered optometrist or medical practitioner. You are permitted to measure your own distance PD in all states except NSW.
7. Do not attempt to input orders for varifocals or multifocals online as they can only be ordered via home/office visit.
8. You will be liable for any loss or damage from the time of delivery unless such loss is caused by our negligence.
9. Unless we otherwise agree in writing you must pay for your glasses at the time of ordering.
